SLOAPsolutions proposed the conversion of two disused water tanks in Bermondsey, London into a Swimming Zone and a Viewing Zone. The proposal was then extended to include the conversion of N.Y.C. water tanks, where a number of ‘Zones’ were suggested and visualized in a series of models for the tanks’ hypothetical future change of use.
